Common questionsWhat types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for every package. The Annual Enterprise Package also includes the option to pay by check or wire transfer (we can invoice you with net 30 terms). What’s the difference between free and paid plans?
Premium plans allow you to coordinate with more network members, use more storage space, as well as the features listed above. All other user features are exactly the same.Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract on the monthly packages — you just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time without penalty. The Annual Package is a one-year contract. You can choose to renew or cancel at the end of every year. What if I need more storage space?
You can buy as much extra storage as you need, whenever you need it, so you’ll never have to worry about running out of space.Do you have network themes?
We can brand the theme of your network on justfyi.net with your organization’s logo, colors and images. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Is there an on-premise version of justfyi?
We don't plan to offer an internally hosted version of justfyi. We’re passionate about cloud computing and hope you trust us to provide a secure and cost effective service without the need of a large capital investment!
However, we do offer the option of having your own cloud instance of justfyi separate from justfyi.net. The theme of the instance can be branded with your organization’s logo, colors and images. Contact us at email@example.com for more information. How does your pricing work?
justfyi is priced in tiers, based on the number of network members you have and the amount of storage space you need. We've made it a lower cost for smaller organizations. But as organizations grow in usage, you'll have a little higher per member cost.Have another question?
